Middle Tennessee Area Brown Bag Lunch Meeting

What:  Self of the Therapist: Both in the Therapist’s Chair and in the Therapist’s Life
When: Friday, March 2, 2018 11:30 am - 1:00 pm
Where: Otter Creek Church of Christ Gathering Room, Brentwood, TN

You are invited to join in a time of learning and dialogue with Eddie and Judy Parish to explore the principle of differentiation from the work of Murray Bowen and how this concept applies to the life and work of the therapist. Dr. Parish taught at Bowling Green State University and
Abilene Christian University. In addition, he was a Family Minister and has practiced Marriage and Family Therapy since 1985. Judy was a public school teacher in Florida and Texas as well as a Montessori educator in Ohio and Louisiana. In 2001 they started, developed and ran the
Parish Hermitage in Louisiana and since 2014 in Fort Worth, TX. They were married in March of 1985, have two children and have found that everyday ‘life’ brings opportunity to put into practice maturing and developing our-SELFs in relation to each other. parishhermitage.org
